1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to or using IPTV Thailand services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

IPTV Thailand provides an internet-based television service allowing access to live channels, video-on-demand content, and related streaming services. Our service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Subscription & Payment

  • Subscriptions are available for 1 month ($10), 6 months ($20), 12 months ($40), and 24 months ($60)
  • Additional connection charges apply at 10% per extra connection
  • Payment must be completed before service activation
  • Subscriptions are non-transferable and for personal use only
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use IPTV Thailand services only for personal, private viewing. You must not:

  • Share your credentials with third parties or resell the service
  • Use the service for commercial purposes without written permission
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or circumvent our systems
  • Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws
  • Stream content to public venues without appropriate licenses

5. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party content issues may affect availability. We do not offer compensation for brief service interruptions.

6. Content Disclaimer

IPTV Thailand provides access to a wide variety of channels and content. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for third-party content. The adult content section is for adults 18+ only. You are responsible for ensuring appropriate content controls for minors.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your IPTV credentials. Do not share your M3U URL or Xtream Codes login with others. Report any unauthorized use immediately to tv@keviniptv.me.

8. Limitation of Liability

IPTV Thailand's liability is limited to the subscription fee paid in the current billing period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without refund. You may cancel your subscription at any time, subject to our refund policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify active subscribers of material changes.
